Shoutout to the more or less weekly prompts at SketchThis. They keep me drawing regularly. I like to draw (and paint!), but I am very bad at self-motivating. I carry a sketchbook when I travel, sure. And I sign up for workshops where I do a lot of art. But in the everyday routine, it is easy for me to stop drawing. For this reason, I seek good prompts and online communities that help get my creative flow going. Why is it I am so bad at self-motivation? Why can't I make engaging prompts for myself?
